This warranty is provided by Junkyard Gold, 2727 75th St W, Bradenton, FL 34209. The warranty period begins on the date the part is delivered to the shipping address on the order. For local pickups, the warranty begins on the date of pickup.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty covers the replacement or refund of the defective part only β at the sole discretion of Junkyard Gold based on part availability.
Junkyard Gold's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective part. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
